I grew up in TJ were they have the Coahuila, it's a street were they have all the prostitutes and the goverment doesn't care and the people are use to it. Local girl and women from TJ are not allowed to ever go there by our parents or husbands because it's a "bad place" and we are never to see it but still it remains the same ever since I can remember.
