  • awesome light and concept, i'd prefer a more efficient led(same output though) and a 3 cell model for a nicer longer grip.

  • Denomolise...it is water resistant to 6 feet..but can go deeper. As for impact...we have done burnouts with suburbans on these things...yes, the lens gets destroyed, but, the light still works.

  • i wish it was brighter, great design though. is it impact resistant or waterproof?

  • I thought he mentioned that.. maybe I didn't have the camera running, but I am pretty sure these can go to hell and back

  • @Denomolise yep it is water proof and it's advertised as being 120 luminance but it's as bright as my 180 luminance bright strike.

  • The problem with a light like this is that it becomes a beacon for the other guy as to where you are and what an easy target you become.

  • that was the thinking not too long ago..

but most schools..no all schools I've attended or reviewed over the last few years have gone with the more current thinking.. make good hits, to do that you need to see the bad guy

I think light vs. no light and how to use lights will be a debate for a while though

As lights like this allow the shooter to operate them easier and faster, it's easier for the shooter to use good light disapline and stay 'hidden' while retaining an advantage
