@FreddyVortex Glad you found my infomation helpful. I ordered mine from HMV at £11.99 for the two disc set. It's released on October 11th. Apart from my love of this series, I worked at the cinema where they filmed most of the scenes. (State Cinema Grays. Essex) The 2200 seater cinema with it's Compton pipe organ is a listed building but sadly has been closed to the public for many years. Dave.

Have to agree with the previous poster that this is a defining moment in pop music ,Tony Williams was a singer that only came along onnce in a lifetime.Everytime I here him sing this or things like his solo "When you return" Im filled with emotion, Everything about this one is perfect .Along with the great Roy Hamilton , I have to say Tony was the top man !

I've listened to a hell of lot of diverse music over the years, and Tony Williams, on this song, drew a line in the sand. You think you can sing? Then sing this....the crescendo from about 2.34 onwards is something to behold and gives me goosebumps without fail, every time. I can't see this being bettered & unless you can really blow, you dont want to try, as you'll come off 2nd best every time. Probably one of the greatest vocals on record and most people have probably never heard it....
