nice! The 'raindrops' run is the Dmaj scale.

The solo is mostly Eminor pentatonic scale, with a few blues flats tossed in (those slurs from Bb to B for example.)

Most modern keyboards have emulations of those cheesy organs from the 60's like the vox - they sound pretty good too.
