  • "Oooh I dug for gold" hahah

  • July 13, 1949 a skinny 17 yr old kid was coming down the 18th at 4 under at my home clubs` annual spring tournament, The Early Bird. No one had ever heard of Moe Norman. He won that day and many Early Birds, where the best amateurs in Ontario competed the long weekend in May. They still do till this day. Moe was special beyond words. Very sad he is gone. To read some unbelievable stories about Moe, the book, The Feeling of Greatness is a true gem and might be the best book you ever read

  • You gotta be able to shape shots to win golf tournaments.

  • @66ott7 Tell him that when you get to heaven. He shot 59 three times on the tour. You don't 'have' to shape shots, people just choose to when they want to get more distance out of dog legs or land softer on the green. I'm a 2 handicap, I don't shape shots.

  • "That's bogey golf... that's double bogey golf" lol

  • "not only see it I taste it".....that's got to be one of the greatest quotes I've ever heard.

  • "If I played at midnight I be the only one under par" "To find my ball all I have to do is

    walk rite down the middle"

  • smooth!!

  • smooth!!

  • Wish he was still with us -- So much I want to ask him, he's a man of pure genius.

  • 4 million balls plus hit, extreme longevity, almost machine like precision, never before have i seen a man with such a simple repeatable swing ! he wins my vote.......
