It is an spoken war between them to establish who is hotter. Also, the kind of men that most American women want is the smallest of minorities. Being big does not give you curves.. its to do with ones bone structure. You can have a large girl with a box shape and a slim women who has more curves. Actually, speaking as a designer, main reason skinny models are preferred above and beyond women with curves is something called a "slim line"; skinny people have it, curvy people do not. Slim line simply refers to the fact that a straight line can be drawn up and down or across the body of a human - something easily done in flat-chested, no-hip-having skinny models. Humans with curves turn this slim line into a curvy race track, making detailed designs stretch and bend at odd angles. Go figure

This only proves that the majority of American women are not smart enough to figure out: A- Most real men are programed to look for signs of fertility in the female figure which are a wide hip, breasts, thighs and a big old butt. B- Their bodies are programmed to store fat in those places, and the harder they diet, the worst and unbalanced their bodies become. So many women diet only to end up losing their breast tissue and muscle mass only to gain flab. How dumb!

I believe you're missing the point...the idea of this is beauty. Beauty is a thing to be celebrated, not resented, and even if one is not a Venus themselves, it is wonderful to be able to admire (not resent) the beauty in others.

The problem with the minus-size industry is that they've completely thrown Beauty out the window, and instead fill our lives with ugliness...it's the same with modern architecture or art.

I still have fat that I would like to burn and muscles I would like to tone. But there are no more sizes to go down. I don't know if that's entirely true. A lot of actresses or just normal people tend to look older if they are thin. You can see every flaw if there's no pudge to hide it. I know women who are both fifty and one is about 100 pounds while the other is closer to 250, and the one who weighs 250 looks about ten years younger. I see a lot of girls and I always think, if only they were ten or fifteen pounds heavier they would be really cute. Curves are what make a woman a woman.

But now, we are saturated with phrases and words like "plus size" and "curvy" when referring to overweight women.
