@norevelation So stuff like reality tv, or shows that cover "breaking news" about "important people" like the kardashians, that's fine by your standards - but THIS is what offends you about television?

C'mon. There's so few people that actually watch and enjoy these guys, and they like them because their kind of humor is unique and appealing in an environment where every show is the same. The least you can do is quietly enjoy next season's jersey shore without saying anything : P

@Chzrm3 Nah, man. I wasn't implying Tim and Eric as the sole reason. Obviously the mainstream television would have a huge impact. What I meant is what little entertainment I did love was replaced by something less entertaining, yet it thrived... so I could only assume the scavengers saw it as preferable carrion. I think it was something else.
