my first vehicle was a 2000 lifted XJ. i sold it a year later and bought a lifted wrangler... 4 months later i sold that and bought another XJ. There's just something about them. They look great lifted, get relatively decent gas mileage for an SUV, have loads of room and you rarely have to work on them other than standard maintenance. they were in the top 5 for best vehicles no longer made #XJSWAG

@15gusbus he didnt buy them he spray painted them like that. my buddy did the same thing. get some duct tape to trace the lines and some spray paint and your good to go!

@bmxgnarshredder you can go with getting just the muffler, i prefer flowmaster, you can get some mufflers for around 40-50 dollars and they sound great. Or you could go with a glasspack muffler such as cherrybomb or purple hornies, depending on where you buy them theyre no too expensve either

@bmxgnarshredder I've got a 99 jeep cherokee, 8in lift.. exhaust dumped by the back doors (duals) i just run a magnaflow cat. no muffler, and 3 inch pipes... my jeep sounds pretty bad. (i'm not the only one that says, alotta people in my town compliment it all the time) :) Jeeps 4 the win!
