@computerbux DW should be under 110kts, B is around 90 and final should be 80-85. In the description on this one I commented that I was too high and carried too much speed over the threshold...thus the long float. Not as planned but a good adjustment to hold it off and let the speed bleed. A good learning experience. Thanks for the comment.
also, thanks for posting the GREAT as well as the not so great...i think it helps all of us learn. thanks again for putting your time and effort into editing these videos for all to enjoy. great line by line critique (debrief) in the video commentary. very nice. i subscribed.
sweet touchdown! Im having some dificulty with downloading the shuttle launch from my phone to the computer.... will have it up as soon as i figure the darn thing out.
@bekoehn Yes, wrote that up in the longer description below the video. I always try to write some details about the flight, but you have to expand them to see them all. The camera shake on short final is the slip.
Whew, that is some long float and speed on final. What speeds do you carry on DW, B, and Final?

I look forward to seeing the video of the Oshkosh approach if you manage to fly in.
Might see you there. Keep up the good work

@nicksabs Great. I'll try to remember to update you if I'm going. Do you follow me on Twitter? I will likely be Tweeting about it the week prior.

Thank you for another great video. Just wondering, do you use the brakes after touchdown?
mouseclick92 1 year ago
@mouseclick92 Yes, but we try to reduce wear on the breaks so we are on them "heavy" only if necessary.

Worked out alright. Did you try to slip?
