It's an oasis, sonik. There can be volcanoes in a desert too; one thing they can't have is an ocean, obviously.

I heard about the LPer's curse. Any people who try and LP and talk about how they're good at a certain game usually tends to do worse than they actually do. But if they actually say that the level that they're doing is hard and challenging, they tend to stay more focused on the game and do a better job instead.

The underwater music is so cool. The eeriness of it almost makes the game seem like a serious movie for a minute. Epic music FTW.

But yeah, what's with underwater sections in a desert world? "We no need logic!"

@ 7:40 to 7:45 That reminded me of Sonik's Sonic Unleashe LP. Anyone remember that one Werehog level (In Shamar or maybe Chun-nan I believe) Where Sonik thought he didn't need the enemy to swing from and died? Lol!

Sonik: "I don't need you buddy. *Werehog dies* I needed ya buddy, and ya weren't there for me." (Just to quote one of my favorite Sonik moments)

It's kind of strange that you say this is a very unique platformer. I was watching this without any knowledge about the game, and the more I watch it, the more I think about Rare's platformers. Graphics remind me of Banjo, and even the music during that badly placed underwater section reminds me of DKC's underwater music.
