wow um if you are going to make an air cannister than its probably a bad idea to use duct tape and hot glue, use pvc cement and proper connectors. Probably a good idea to use a valve instead of making the pressure go in the fish tube

its powerfull enough to hurt some one but it depends mostly on the # of pumps u pump and also you can use a bigger bottle if u want.
