@kerahouse1 as far as i know... cake flour has a lower protein content and is much much finer then normal flour. its much better to use cake flour for cakes. im pretty sure she's using whipping cream :)

I would not use wax paper to line the pan, it could melt in the oven. I would use the parchment paper.
