i burly started recording with a dazzle. And after i put clips together i sent it to my frend to edit it. And for some reason it culdnt open.. and he said something about the settings have to be on mp4 instead of mp3... How would i be able to put it on mp4?

@vJuiceBoxc for one, mp3 is a sound format and mp4 is a really good video format, but under rendering you should see MPEG4 or something along those lines, render in that :)

@R4ZZ3R6 make sure you put all the right settings and if that doesn't work try making sure it shows up with other videos that you try to export. and if it stillll doesn't work try re-installing song vegas

@iiKuRizMaHD it might be your capture card, program or settings. just try each one and see what happens. like uninstall vegas and try again. double check settings. and see if the video is pixely on pinnacle studios

@SCMWakefield either check your capture card or check the wires, but if the video looks fine before it goes into vegas then double check the settings then if that doesn't work try reinstalling vegas

Getting the same problem too, Works fine on VBR, but wont work on CBR. Can't figure out why. And my vids are coming out at 525mb for 3 minutes if i do use VBR

whoops sorry the whole thing didn't paste. The problem i' am having is the invalid template error, I copied all the setting you used for the render on Vegas pro 9. I tried it with VBR Video setting and it worked, but it wont work with CBR. Is it a big difference between using CBR and VBR? Again sorry for the confusion on my last post.

CAN capture in somewhat of HD. the 100 can not. but the 100 can stream live show on justin.tv etc. but the 170 can not. i like the 170 better but i like to play in HD so i cant record cause to record with the 170 u need to play in standard unless u have turtle beaches then u can play in hd while u capture. a weird process lol

i can't figure something out, i have some mw2 footage, it's a perfect vid no lag at all. I'm not new to rendering and making vids but i'm stumped. Everytime I render a certain vid, every time I'm running it gets really choppy and i can't figure out why. any ideas?
