I agree with Xiengmai111997. Need some improvement:

1) The interviewer needs to study about the poeple that he's going to be interviewed

2) Prepare the scripts so that it doesn't make him look nervous.

3) Be a bit professional, showing your enthusiusm

4) When asking question, needs to be specific directly to which person, he's asking.

5) Do not use too much of hand jastures.
