  • :D ford has all of that now

  • you know the gps antenna could have been mounted below the tray - they work hrough plastic

  • I want to replace my alpine interface with a new one because the one i have now doesn't have a audio in or usb. can i buy a new one and just snap it in the cd player i have now?

  • did the back up cam come with the unit? if not what brand is it? i have a jvc in my f150 and want to set up the back up cam the same way you did but am having trouble finding one similar

  • @Sw1nford the backup cam did not come with the head unit. It was an eBay purchase. I don't recall what brand it was, but any of them should work just fine.

  • this is hopfully

  • how much does it cost?

  • @13lokonmok Google it. There are a lot of retailers that sell it!

  • would this system fit in a 2010 jeep wrangler unlimited?

  • @philly224life If you have a double DIN stock stereo, I'm sure you can get a dash kit for it, probably from Crutchfield.

  • @philly224life It will if you have a double DIN and you can find a dash kit for it from Crutchfield

  • can you give me the links to the crutfield stuff?

  • Question: How did you power up the alpine sirius adapter? did you hook it up straight to the battery or did you connect it off the wire that is powering the head unit?

  • @ramanbawa It gets its power from the Alpine HU so there's only one power source needed!

  • i installed this same head unit in my own f150 but i couldnt figure out how to fill the gaps between the new unit since it is smaller, is there someone that sells a plastic bezel peice to fill it?

  • What was the total cost for everything that you installed today?

Alpine, the satellite, backup camera, etc. all of it together

  • Just finished installing a new head unit in my '06 F150. I used your video as a guide on how to do it. I'm glad I saw your video, but you made it look deceptively easy. "Popping" the "surround" out was NOWHERE near as easy as you showed it to be. I nearly snapped the thing in half, but took my time and finally got it out (barely). You also skipped where you wire the harness to the radio, which took me forever. Otherwise, thanks because I probably wouldn't have tried it without your video.

  • i just bought alpine iva-w502e last week , but the salesman told me there are no w505, only w502e available . i think in asia they call w502e , in usa they call w505.

  • can anyone tell me if this is any different from the iva-w502e?

  • i just bought apine iva-w502e last week , the salesman told me no iva-w505 , there are only iva-w502e available . i guess the different is in asia there call iva-w502e , in usa call iva-w505.
