I'm pretty sure someone who put this much effort into making an awesome DBZ sprite battle knows who Turles is. If he says that it is an evil version of Goku, then he obviously wrote it with and evil version of Goku in mind, Turles is dead via spirit bomb by this point anyway so stop nitpicking and watch the awesomeness.

@coltonshull2 Because it is 100 times easier than making a custom sprite for every pose the Goku needs in a different outfit. Recoloring is just the simpler, and less time consuming option.

Because the Dragon Balls can only bring back someone who died in the past year, so bringing back Bardock is impossible.

As for Raditz (Goku's ONLY brother), why would they bring him back? All he ever did was kidnap Goku's son, blow off Piccolo's arm, trick and mercilessly beat Goku, threaten the entire human race, and was responsible for killing Goku. If one of my family members did that to me, I wouldn't want to seem him alive ever again.

Technically, you couldn't possible kill evil Goku without performing a fusion. What I wouldn't mind to see is a Vegeto fusion (Kai's earrings). Saiyan gets stronger the more they fight, Evil Goku, being the evil in his universe would spend his time fighting all the time.
