My friend was mentioning how she thinks its wrong that God doesnt wants you to be rolling around and jumping to praise him.she was saying that all black churches praise God in that way. My brother and I just looked at each other and said o well guess she hasnt been to a Hispanic church either... I grew up going to many different christian churches and to be honest everyone praises differently.

Actually this is an "Apostolic" chuch (Scripture Cathedral in Washington, DC). Typical church in the DC area, off the hook praise, music, and word!!!!

The only difference in Apostolic and COGIC is the fact that we have the shout, the dance and the word!

wow...well david danced b4 the Lord so there is biblical reference to why ppl dance Gloria427 and smilinmae: they are probably COGIC (denomination) and on communion (typically every 1st sunday) we (im COGIC 2) wear all white and also on women's sunday, which is the 5th sunday of the month!
