Smokers have the right to refuse to patronize all establishments who choose to participate in discrimination. Like black people in the 1950's were not allowed to eat at white restaurants. They had to enter the 'back door'. How did this abusive treatment end....with Boycotts! It's peaceful, effective, and always wins in the end.
