dude hate to break it to you, it's pat he even refers to him self as the patsta, a project pat trade mark. Just listen to Lord back then his voice was high pitched as hell too. The diff is once they got famous they started punching their verses in line by line and they double if not triple the vocals at that, added in with top of the line recording equipment and the fact that they're more accented as vocalists and thats the difference. I do appreciate the appeal of this version much more though.
