Very nice. It'd be good to explain in more detail all the abilities as well as various tactics that could be employed in defeating the mobs rather than keeping it short and sweet, it seems to work better for me to learn it, then again you broke those beasts and great clear explanation of what's going on. Rivals tankspot, good job :)
It's really a tough call on what kind of gear a group should have, and can be dependent on the group make-up. In an ideal raid, a group consisting of as many varied buffs/debuffs would be slightly more beneficial than a group with all ilvl 232 gear. As far as our group, we had a mix of 226/232 gear before attempting ToGC 10-man. I wouldn't recommend anything LESS than 219 though. Hope that helps out a bit!

Thanks a lot for that video. Was really helpful.
I have a question, a silly one, but it would be really nice if you could answer it.
What is the minimum kind of gear one should have before trying to attempt Heroic 10ToGC?
I'm sporting a mix of 219-232 and 245 ilevel gear right now and wondering if it would be wise for me to attempt this.
