when i did this i saw swirling colors.. am i doing it correctly?

@whoalexjones As we practice spiritual exercise, various experiences can happen. It is important to allow the experiences to show us more of what life is, but not to identify ourselves or the effectiveness of a practice with such experiences.

The goal of spirituality is purification of the ego self - the root of our suffering,, limitations and ignorance. It is not the pursuit of special abilities, personal power, financial success, etc.

Lincoln, i just closed my eyes and totally let go forgetting who i am and surrendering, i began to spin and feel a huge spiral energy what is this? is the the life force energy you talk of or kundalini traveling up my spine?

@Decmatee The spiraling energy is the energy channel called the Sushumna. It is the central energy channel in the human body.

Technically speaking, kundalini energy exists in every cell of our body, but is more focused in our spine area. So yes, you are feeling the kundalini energy.

During meditation, just allow this energy to move as it does. Do not try to control it with your personal mind. Just let it flow. It will automatically purify that which needs to be purified.

@Decmatee Trust the Divine Intelligence that is within you and avoid the temptation of the person ego to control and manipulate that which it does not fully understand.

There is a Greater Intelligence within us all and when we align with That our spiritual progress becomes more effective and our ego is most quickly purified.

This videos are great .I really needed to get my energy stronger.I feel i lost a lot of my confidence and i am still confused .I can observe my self being in this situation bit i can,t focus unless i am listening to your instructions.Why am i having such a struggle?Thanks again.
