@cisco3231 its a while ago that i did this video, but as far as i can make out i played regular down up alternate.

So the important thing is just to stress the marked notes. otherwise, its just down up down up etc.

plus, i am used to reading music in sheets with clé de sol and fa .. so I dont understand the '' tabs '' d 1 d 1 2 .. its very very confusing:S you know what im talking about or Am i just confusing you ?

@preppylittlelady no i do know what you are talking about, i played 8 years with regular sheets before i decided, that i like tabs better. try the link in the description. it's a regular sheet with the song. that should help you.

Great cover, and great lesson. Just one thing as already said, the strumming pattern. I don't really get it only with a little tabs you made. I just keep trying to find the right way to play it but anyway it never sounds like. So if you just have the time to explain maybe more ( sorry, i know you've done a great job on that vid it's hard to ask you to do "more") the strumming with another vidéo for strumming ;) ? it'd be perfect !

@preppylittlelady leave annotations on and you will be able to see tabs while i m playing. then you should be able to make out where my fingers are.. i am sorry about the bad quality, i might do a better version sometime if i can get my camera fixed.

this is a great video. I'd sacrifice visual for sound quality on a musical instruction video any day, but it'd be great if you could do a sort of split screen or something to show your strumming patterns or something. Tabs in the upper right make up for not being able to see the strings.

Uglen45, before you try being a dick and calling someone out, you should learn some basic guitar methods and tunings. There's more than one way to tune a guitar. In this tuning, all you are doing is tuning all 6 strings down a full step, which would make them the exact way he said them.

your tabs are completely wrong. wrong lettered.

Thickest string is named with an E- letter

then an A

then an D

then an G

then an H or B

then thinnest string is named with an E- letter

Can you tell me an easy way to change my tuning to this... Im on standard tuning now

@Neilwadders try tuning a d-tuning (thats dadgbe) by tuning your e string with your d string. then use the regular tunig method (5 fret on e (now d)string should sound like the a sting and so on.)

@ItachiStayle at 3:18 its a G but if you mean the C before.. i left the e string out, because i feel its sounds better without. but u can play with it if you want, its not that big of a difference.
