Thats great you are starting the MC. You DO have the strength to get through it. Its a mental thing, really totally mental. The experience of the MC has changed my life. It gave be a focus and a clarity about myself that I never thought I had. Hell, I never fasted before... EVER. Thanks for the comment. Keep us posted on your progress if you can. : )
thanks for the update. ur face actually looks thinner to me. i hate when ppl tell me that when i know i ve been bad on a diet but u look wonderful. n i cant tell u put anything on!! i wouldnt lie abt a thing like that. good luck
