Wow! I wonder why you were originally told that they didn't need precinct captains?!  Also, I hope that the Iowa college kids who support RP will come back from their winter break early to vote for RP.

@transitionalphase Iowa college kids coming back early from break? I don't know about that. Over break you have 3 groups. 1) Parents in state, College in state. 2) Parents in state, College out of state 3) Parents out of state, College in state. We need to focus on 1) and 2), and not worry too much about 3).
