i'm not able to go to the bathroom because every time i try to push the outside of my asshole swells up and bulges out, and the bulging is so much that it's blocking the exit for the stool to come out, and the more i push, the more it bulges, and thus the exit is blocked even more i have to constantly have warm water and coffee enemas cuz its the only way i can get the stuff out, i go to the walk in clinic an get Proctofoam-HC® but all that does is treat the symptoms and not the causes

Vagisil isn't toothpaste ... though while drunk on wine, my husband confused it for toothpaste once ... we had a lot to explain to the Poison Control Center. Anyway, Vagisil is a lubricative cream used on the vulva to relieve itch and irritation. You can buy it at Walmart. Walgreens. But not Kroger ... not my Kroger, at least ... rumor is, there used to be a McDonald's happy meal toy made out of some of the same things found in Vagisil. I'm researching it. Maybe I can use it.

Salsa on every full moon? Must be an old wives tale. I'll have to try it sometime. My mother had hemorrhoids when she was just 5 years old. She couldn't attend kindergarten for 6 years, so she ended up having to enter kindergarten at age 11. She felt inadequate. Her mother also suggested lemon juice or green algae smeared in wasabi was the way to go. Bathing in it. Sometimes it worked for her, sometimes it didn't. I sometimes use Vagisil on my hemorrhoids, though I am a man..

Ah yes, the infamous cottage cheese. It's stained my bedsheets many times, as well as my clothes, my husband's clothes, and my own dog. I find the best way to get rid of the puss is to stuff at least one tampons up the anal cavity. One for heavy leaks, as the thinner ones will just be pushed out by the puss as it migrates southward out of the anus. Be sure they're coated in sauerkraut first.Trust me, this is an old family remedy. For us hemorrhoids = practically hereditary.

@HelloIsThereAProblem i tryed mayo , smelled really bed , the anal caviity turned from a light maroon to a ash red , with he surface being unholsterd and the hairs got severly ingrown for when i shaved them for me and my hubbies fun nights . so yea none of that , mustard was alright , but as youd imagine , its a bit spicy for the already inflamed cavity

I wouldn't try condiments if I were you. Using a special Cajun mustard [recommended by my sister's OBGYN] caused burning and flaking and a build up of dry skin cells clogging my anal cavity, so when I would go to do nature's calling, there would be a blanket of skin flakes atop the toilet water, sometimes blood from aforementioned burning. My husband was very displeased when I forgot to flush the toilet ... our marriage was once seriously threatened by my hemorrhoids.

I'm recovering from the worst hemorrhoids ever! I had 2 thrombosed hemorrhoids protruding from both sides of my a hole, went for emergency surgery but the couldn't operate because they had gone completely hard and aggravated. I couldn't piss or poo because of the strain of the piles. I had to sit in a warm bath and piss. Got some cream with steroids and pain relief and stool softener from hospital. Haven't eaten for 5 days, too scared to poo, although they are feeling a little better. My advice

Prevention is better than cure. Having proper diet, eating foods containing high dietary fiber plus exercise can help a lot. I don't know about the sweet orange he is talking about.

I just had my third lapband litigation procedure 2 weeks ago and what i cant get over is they give you no pain meds, and tell you to go right back to work and drive and exercise as usual, ITS PRETTY HARD TO JOG WITH A RUBBERBAND UP MY ASS DOC!!!

Witch Hazel gel works very well on piles, but can leave a burning sensation. Menthol petroleum jelly really soothes all the discomfort. If you combine the two you have a wonderful combination that cleans and relieves the pain of piles, reducing their size over time too. The first time you try this it might sting a bit but the menthol soon starts to work, leaving a cool and very comfortable feeling which lasts all day.

my dad (65) has them and has had them his whole life since age twelve. My dad always eats Tums Candy and he feels like they help him alot. He has had Colonoscopies' and one operation, but he told me that he found a solution to the problem or at least he definately feels much better. My dad is retired and coming back home from vacation in 5 days. I don't remember what did to make his life better with less pain. if you guys need information i can ask my dad. lmk

i was scared to death when i got one and eventually went to the doctor thinking i had cancer. Try improving your diet, eat Al-bran for breakfast or similar and incorporate fruit in your diet, prunes, bananas & figs help keep your bowls moving. Drink lots of water after your food. your stool will be softer and it should shrink and go away. If not, especially if bleeding continues consider talking to your parents as it could be something serious

how would you be too scared to ask your parents, but willing to see a doctor about it? this isn't such a bad thing, as most would be too ashamed to consult a doctor, but if no one is helping you, you're not getting any better. tell your parents about it, explain that it must have been from straining while in the washroom (this is how it happens most of the time)
