  • so cool!!! msg me! m

  • Barack is the way to go, although I wish I knew who his running mate was going to be!

  • I think you should support Barack Obama because he's the presumptive nominee, he's a great candidate, and Hillary is backing him. I think you two are great!

  • i'm 22 and hate that my generation can vote now because most of them have NO clue what they are talking about. It is our job to start knowing what's going on around and Barack Obama is NOT the answer.

  • Please Please vote for Hillary, those who truly can't vote because they are sick need her and her health care plan they understand the difference between hope and experience because its experience that keeps them alive!! Obama stole his way into the political process and we can Not let him to the same to make it to the WHTIE HOUSE..YOUNG PEOPLE WAKE UP!!

  • Jeez... so what do you TWO really want? You greatly annoyed us... really.

  • OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA..OBAMA represents everyone from college students to the elders, even the poor, rich, etc. Obama was raised by a single mom unlike the other 2 candidates, so he knows the middle class value. I voted for the first time this year after listening to a great speech Obama gave. We NEED CHANGE in Washington and a new charismatic great leader that can lead, and OBAMA is the only one that can lead this great nation of ours. God bless the USA, and God bless Obama!

    Obama/Sobelius 08

  • It would have been better if Lauren went to Hillary for she's a woman. Awais can go to Obama, anyway he's gay...

  • Lauren and Awais, What are you guys waiting for!!! Obama! What else do we have to do?

  • Oops! just saw the endorsement video. Thanks guys, let's go win

  • Hillary Clinton 08 (or John McCain 08 then Hillary in 2012)

  • wow don't these two and anyone at the DNC who didn't support obama feel dumb. these two really started campaigning for obama late in the game and should really find another profession other than college "politics"

  • I CANNOT believe that these Lauren and Awais couldn't be more proud of the NOTORIETY they are getting! They thought millions responded positively with their videos. Look and READ! Majority of people in here thought they are crazy idiotic and lunatic young democrats! What do you think Lauren? Run for Presidency in 2035?

  • Exactly. If these are the democrats of the future, than America is screwed.

  • Vote for the FairTax idiots. "Tinkering around the edges"... ha. What a load of bullshit.

  • The minimum voting age should be 25. If you're not responsible enough to rent a car at 18, you're not responsible enough to vote. Additionally, we should require all potential voters to pass the equivalent of a citizenship test with particular emphasis on our national history and the constitution.

  • You might be on to something since we technically have no "right" to vote in federal elections. If we had a "right", felons would be allowed to vote for President. How wonderful that would be. syke

  • Citizenship test you've got a point, but you're overlooking several logical fallacies with your argument about the voting age...

    1) (Definition of a premise) Responsibility has a very broad definition. The age for renting a car is based on financial responsibility and having a driver's license, not on political responsibility.

    2) (Denying the antecedent) Argument: If you're 25 or older, you're responsible enough to rent a car. Therefore, if you aren't 25 or older, you aren't responsible...

  • ... enough to rent a car. Flaw: Not true. Some people under 25 are indeed responsible enough to rent a car, but rental companies set the age requirement to cut risks.

    3) ("Ignoratio elenchi": Irrelevant conclusion) Your argument about not being responsible enough to rent a car at 18 may be valid, but it isn't relevant to the argument about the voting age.

... ok so that was a bit technical, but that's a common flaw that some use when arguing to lower the drinking age to 18 (army draft age).

  • I believe that there are responsible 10 year olds, but that's not the point. Society, apparently, considers 25 to be some special age that demonstrates emotional maturity as well as responsibility incurred by a steady career, education, taxes, insurance payments, etc. I was suggesting, then, that if society deems these milestones as important distinctions of adulthood, these distinctions are likely to be absent in, say, an 18 year old. Hence, 18 year olds shouldn't then have the right to vote.

  • 25 is the age at which, in most adults, the brain has fully formed. Not surprisingly, the last part to develop controls rational thought. While that does explain why many 18-25 year olds can often be risk-takers, I wouldn't say that implies responsibility is absent, simply not fully developed. Thus, the extent of responsiblity present is debatable, but in my opinion not enough to deny them most important decisions. Part of development is learning.

  • Plus, 18-25 year olds are the youngest adults there are, so apart from those below the current voting age, 18-25s are generally the ones that have to live longest with the effects of the next Administration. So, given their albeit minimal experience, I think they deserve a say in their future, even though their rationality hasn't reached full potential.

  • Chuck Norris for President! and Stephen Colbert for Vice!

  • Do you still have to be gay to be a Democrat?

  • o yeah and how about your dad cast his interest free loan at the subway u have because thats fair. thats capitalism and all best person for the job. BS rich custys

  • cast me a wellfair check from u two college grads while i sit on my azz.

  • The democratic party is a joke like these two comedians preaching politics. Politics is a joke just like college. These individuals will never achieve anything

  • no i think your ass hole buddy in the white house is a joke and a bad one at that stick that in your pipe and some it fool see i am not a collegekid but a 55 year old who has been around the block a little more than most

  • College is a joke when people don't take it seriously...

  • College Democrats are simply college Marxists masquerading as moderates. I see the same people in both this group and the ISO all the time. It doesn't matter what the public input is, these characters are going to support Obama. Full stop.

  • There is no person on earth who thinks he/she has the world figured out more than a college student. When you guys get out in the real world you'll know just how outstandingly immature and naive you really were. Every decade you age you know just how flawed you were the decade before. Trust me you two...you'll understand what I mean soon.

  • YOU BORE ME

  • I respect the two of your decisions; I'm just disapointed to be a youth right now because now all of us are being portrayed as Obama supporters and if you aren't you get attacked for it. I get attacked at school all the time for standing up and saying that I support Sen. Clinton.

  • I just hope that maybe later down the line, the two of you reconsider; I feel as if the American Dream is ruined now...

  • yea thanks to bush

  • yea beacause of bush

  • wow, i really feel so empowered by these two "superdelegates"

    /sarcasm

  • lauren and awais: future bureacratic self-righteous do-gooders that will tax the shit out of us.

    Ron Paul write in 2008

  • Barack Black Power!!!

  • Hear from "you" meaning college students? There's no lazier, more ignorant, immature, irresponsible segment of our society. Frankly, f**k college students (and I was one six months ago). Teenagers and such assume they've got it all figured out when they're actually the low man on the totem poll of wisdom. The Democratic Party ran itself into the ground in 1972 by empowering the young.

  • so i guess in this six months you passed from being an imature teenager to a bitter underpayed worker or worst an unemployed who has just realized that passed the last 4 years of his life getting drunk instead of studying, yeah that is why you are "the lowest man on the totem poll of wisdom". But don't blame it on other college students who actually want to express themselves and do something to change their country.

  • Just vote or get out of the way.

    You are now looking ridi"culos".

  • If you want change, then it's up to you, if you expect the government to improve your life then your the kind of person who should vote liberal democrat.

  • What the hell is change? Can someone please tell me?

  • I'm so sick of the I hate Bush he is dumb mantra. Clinton can't even count his nuts twice and get the same answer. Kerry can't even wipe his own ass!

  • The Democrats are for Appeasement. The Democrats are for Appeasement.

Try and prove me wrong otherwise!

  • Obama: I think we all agree it's time for a CHANGE!

Obama: ..and I think it's comfortable to wear jeans.

Lauren: I wear jeans too! Let's vote for THIS guy!!!

    Awais: Sim Sim Sala Bim!

  • Awaiasswhipe

  • You kids do not know crap about life... you think you got the world by the ass.. you do not... with Obama although I like him he offers no solid solutions just points made, hes young good looking no experience and that is what you kids like,,, got a lot of growing up to do. They have been promising change since I was 18 too, yeah ok kids you need to listen more closely. At least with Hillary she has experience and hubby was a great president. People piss me off by tearing her down so much.

  • one problem with what you said: the word "they" in "they have been promising change." this passive attitude is why we have the corruption and economic problems we have now. put your life experience to work! maybe you could teach us youtube kids something!

  • HADJI doesnt know anything about politics.

I wonder why he is voting Obama.

  • Kumar? What is that five o's or two u's?

KUMAR shouldn't be deciding my President.

Lauren = not only weird looking but also stupid.

I am 19, and even I am appalled at the stupidity of the younger voters. I am sick to death of the liberals who hear "change" and get bright eyed and want to hold hands with everyone.

  • lmao... white castle getting high!

  • Is Lauren related to Michael Strahan? And I thought Kumar went to White Castle.

Please google image Michael Strahan to understand the joke.

  • Lauren is a dumb girl and Awais is GAY! It's a shame! YOu want to believe that you made the right decision? Come on! Can you not wait until the primary is over? I cannot believe you TWo are lunatic young democrats who speak these nonsense! Come on! Get a life! You have no Respect to women Lauren, that is sooo sad of you! We could possibly vote for Obama, only if you waited a little longer for a final nominee. Now we are voting against Obama because of you TWO!

  • Oh no Raylee is angry and not like Obama anymore.

    Whatever shall we do?

    *sarcasm*

  • Awais is TOO GAY!!! He is IDIOTIC GAY making this Video!!! Come on! You are a SHAME to AMERICAN DEMOCRATS!!!

  • Hey Kumar, where's Harold? muhahaha..

  • Obama is just saying what everybody wants to hear, you all have just forgotten the abundant surplus that we had under clinton....*sigh* i honestly don't think Obama is the best choice, especially with his old pastor behind him, even though he denounced him.

  • If part of your college education included objective economics, you wouldn't be democrats. Sad.

  • By objective economics, you really mean: corporate oriented, irresponsible economics, right?

  • It's not that hard to understand there are entities--corporate and private who provide the goods and services we all enjoy. Would you regulate or tax them out of existence? That's already caused many lost jobs. Yet you can buy a computer system for example, for $500.00.

Vote for taxes and governent control as I'm sure you will, and remember what you did when we slide into depression.

  • "Would you regulate or tax them out of existence? That's already caused many lost jobs."

The jobs are lost not because of high tax but because they are shipped abroad.

  • Obama: Change to Communism. But go and ahead and support him because he is young and articulate, you idiots. Go ahead and support him because your communist college professor tells you to.

  • Pumping out ad-hominems like a F-16 on afterburners, outright slandering a prospective presidential candidate, yes, these are all characteristics of an intelligent voter(sarcasm).

  • that awias dude is light in the loafers...i'm sure the boyz in sf are checkin' u out ~

  • well yea if you want to be a communist nation you can vote for a democrat but if you want to stay free go republican because democrats believe in taking money from people who have earned it and giving it to lazy bums that know how to work the system while republicans tell these lazy bums to get a job so let me ask you think? do you really wanna vote for someone who is going to make you make you fork over money for some jackass who is to lazy to wipe their own ass? think about it for a second ok?

  • You may be right in some aspects, but look at our economy....recession? lol, thats a good term to use now isn't it.

  • yeah and if you wanna be a nazi nation vote for republicans...

  • McCain has the best plan. There, I let you know.

  • McCain's plan is that he has no plan.

Clean up your dogmatic cataracts and see the hell another ignorant president will put us through.

  • You know, I totally agree with Shewib,If and When you little whiners grow up you will understand that by voting democrat you are truly voting for communism. and taking from the rich and giving to the poor is a redistribution of funds, is against the law, You might want to read the constitution again, or for the first time. here is a perfect quote; You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.

Abraham Lincoln Think about it, spoiled lazy children

  • Politics are evil and used to enslave, don't you people get it, you need to read more. We don't need them. Julian Jaynes's theory, start by reading his book, The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind, and start your journey into freeing yourself of your bicameral mentalities. No one knows what's better for you than you, but it you want to support someone to rule over you, then by all means be a slave.

  • CharltonJW, You are right on, I couldn't have said it better myself!

  • I don't know why getting a lot of young people to vote is a good thing. When I was in my twenties, and had little real life experience, I was definitely not someone who should have been helping to choose the next president, and I think I was one of the more mature ones.

  • barak obama is terrible, all he does is talk about change, and uses bushes unpopularity to his advantage. hes only as popular as he is bc people think he is attractive. ask any obama guy why they like him they have no answer. I'm voting libertarian.

  • True. Barak Obama talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. Lol he thinks he knows everything.

  • Just like the Ahem, Lauren and Awais (Superdelegates) Who also think the same way, They know everything also. ROTFLMAO.

  • Voting libertarian is pointless... Thanks to our oh-so-wonderful electoral college, your vote will in all likelihood still be delegated to a democrat or republican candidate; or it will just not even count. However you want to look at it.

  • I love Awais!

  • get rid of superdelegates! Its unfair and undemocratic!

    Hope you guys feel special.

  • these two are a perfect example of why we are doomed

  • two idiots....great

  • I agree! Why isn't the media picking up on this??? It's been in the works for a couple of years and it's a landmark fraud lawsuit.

  • You guys are making me puke!

  • Both should cast votes for mccain/jindal ticket

  • Vote Obama/Ahmadinejad for the democratic ticket in 08, make all the liberal haters happy

  • Obama is a fucking lame sack not because the color of his skin. but because he is a socalist fucks GOT TO EUROPE you fucking fags

  • youre a breath of fresh air

  • no ayatollah komenei with obama, rev wright for sec. of state

  • The "superdelegates" concept is wrong. It is far too late to correct matters this election, but the DNC has got to re-address their primary process next election. These primaries have been an expensive, embarrassing mess. I will be surprised if we win...

  • And in case anyone hasnt seen, check out lauren and awais's other videos to see that they made their decision.

  • (and contrary to the clintons claims obama has no control over the michigan/florida issue).

Hillary is too polarizing to win in november and shes proved it in these primaries.

The only way i'd support hillary in the general is if she found a way to cleanly win before the convention without causing a civil war in the party. And do the math, if she presses on all the way, it will happen.

  • I doubt Hillary will do anything to hurt the party. We should be weary to form judgments about her by what we hear from the media. Hillary has an enormous working class support system. She would have a much better chance of taking the Reagan Democrats, and on-the-fence Republicans, than Obama. He is fantastic - but the chances of him winning in November are extremely slim. His extreme liberal views (which I am crazy about) will keep many conservative voters away. Those votes are important to win

  • Let's look at facts --

    She lied about Bosnia.

Failed to pass healthcare in 1993 - can she do it now?

Gas tax holiday will end up costing us more and costing about 300,000 jobs.

She is blatantly playing the race card with hard-working white voters support her...I'm a hard-working white female voter and I'm appalled at her tactics.

Obama says it will take all of us to make it better. Since it takes all of us, he's inspired me to run for local political office to make my community better.

  • I agree with everything you've said boilermc!

  • I could have put more but ran out of room.

    Cause there's --

The wink wink incident with Canada over NAFTA - she accused Obama's camp but it was really hers.

Colombia free trade - she's supposedly opposed to it, but Bill and Mark Penn took money from them to get it passed.

Then, there's still this messy issue of Peter Paul v Clinton. It hasn't been thrown out so there is validity to it.

And just in, John Edwards endorsed Obama. Tsunami of SDs about to come in!

  • West Virginia - 41 points! Another huge reason you should cast your vote for Hillary. She will win this election in November - hands down.

  • The fact of the matter is, she needs at least 150 of the remaining 220 superdelegates to suport her. Thats overwhelming. And what would be more overwhelming was if 70% of them supported the canidate whos losing the overall vote total. They'd need a damn good reason to avoid alienating voters.

  • Neither of the candidates will have the required number of delegates to clinch the nomination. If you want to talk about alienation - what about the voters of Florida and Michigan who are in jeopardy of not having their votes counted at all. We do not want to piss of those states - they are essential to November. No candidate has nomination in the bag right now. If SD's are smart - they will vote for the one who will win in Nov. - Hillary Clinton!

  • Florida and michigan are unfortunate, but they broke the rules, obama wasn't even on the ballot and hillary was the only canidate to defy the committe and stay on the ballot. The funny thing is that hillary's advisers were responsible for approving disqualifying the two states and now that the unthinkable happened and shes losing they want to go back on it. They're likely going to just split the delegates of the two states giving hillary a small amount more.

  • Please take note, however, that it was the Republicans who actually broke the rules. No one knew at that time, that their votes would eventually play such an important part. The country cannot seem to decide which nominee it wants to choose. It seems plausible to allow Michigan and Florida to count in an attempt to break this tie.

  • The only people that seems plausible to are the clinton staffers. They cant just "let them count" when obamas name wasnt even on the ballot. They'l probably have to just split the delegates and give hillary a 10 point assumed advantage for the sake of argument, but they cant just give them all to hillary, that would be insane, and thats the insane demand her campaign wants to make.

  • There are more supporters of this plan besides Hillary's staff. Obama's name was, in fact, on the ticket in Florida. He removed it at the last minute in Michigan. I also don't think anyone is asking for all the delegates from either state. Just an equal, fair proportion to the votes that were cast. Yea, that would give a large amount to Hillary - but 2.2 million people showed up to cast their vote for her. That says something.

  • Doesn't matter... Michigan and Florida both agreed to forfeit their rights to receive the first attention in the primaries. They shouldn't be allowed to go back on that, it wouldn't be fair to the other 48 states that didn't receive the same attention in the primaries.

  • Who cares about attention? We care about the voices of the people to be heard. Vote for Hillary!

  • If people volunteer to silence their voice for precedence in the primaries, they should be held to their decision. Going back on something you already said sounds awfully familiar, something which Clinton supporters seem to ignore quite frequently.

  • What suspect methods are you talking about?

Also Obama now leads Hillary is the superdelegate count. It's basically tied but he's ahead by a few. That really makes the superdelegate issue a wash because neither lead the other by a significant lead. So it really comes down to pledged delegates and even if you add Florida and Michigan's delegates Obama comes out on top.

By the way I think superdelegates are unnecessary and undemocratic. Basically it says to voters: you're vote isn't good enough

  • Who do college students overwhelmingly support? Barack Obama is the candidate which appeals our generation, and this will be the generation which defines it. Any College Democrat throughout the country could tell you that the loss of Barack Obama would be overwhelmingly bad for the College Democrats. Further all of these arguments are somewhat mute as Barack Obama is already the nominee, thanks in large part to the work of college students. This is our time, support Barack Obama.

  • Yeah!!! Hillary's victory in WV translates into her message of pro-white people ruling America anyone with darker skin (African Americans, Latino's, etc.) need not apply. This nation was founded by whites and she means to keep it that way because whites are better and we will be safer. Thanks, West Virginia for showing the rest of the nation who should be the "Top Dog" sitting in the Oval Office when this race is over.

  • Can we please vote for 8 years of Obama so we can finally see and get over the fact that Liberal policies hurt most the ones they proclaim to help?

  • You mean like conservatives "No Child left behind" or abstinence only sex education?

    AHAHAHAHAHAHA.

  • Ha ha ha! Only the Democrats would pick students with little to no real-world experience to hold positions of this importance. Oh, wait! The Democrats are about to nominate someone with almost no experience and no record to hold the most important job in the world! Obama attended a racist church for 20 years, is friends with a terrorist, and probably thinks this country is evil (if his wife's comments are any indication). If he gets elected, we will have a repeat of the Carter administration!

  • Wow. Before he wasn't "Christian" enough and now that Rev. Wright is everywhere in the news, he's supposed to go to that church all the time? That kind of sounds like a contradiction. Just because his Reverend is crazy, doesn't mean he's crazy. Since when do you have to agree with everything anyone you've ever met says? And what friend of his is a terrorist?

  • Spoken like a true liberal - void of rational or logical thought. Let me ask you this. If a white presidential candidate was a 20-year member of an organization blaming all the ills of the world on blacks (just as Wright blames everything on whites), that person wouldn't last two days in any sort of campaign (and rightfully so). Why does Obama get a pass? Associations matter. By the way, the terrorist's name is William Aires. Take off your blinders and look him up. He is an admitted terrorist.

  • Listen I'm 13, so don't tell me to take my blinders off just because I don't know something. Give me a break. Second, uh no associations don't matter. Tell me why it's okay for McCain to beg for endorsement from Hagee, but Obama can't go to the church that Rev. wright is at. I don't think McCain agrees with Hagee, I just don't see how you can justify it as being okay when you're mad at Obama for going to that church, which he broke away from. And, Obama doesn't have to agree with Wright (cont.)

  • to go to that church. What was he supposed to do, go up in front of everyone and speak his mind. No, you don't have to believe everything your reverend says just to go to the church.

  • Yes, associations do matter. If the preacher at my church started spewing the racist, America-hating stuff that Wright did, I would leave the church the same day, not 20 years later like Obama. I guess what Wright was saying didn't really bother Obama too much. The only reason Obama left was for political expediency, not because of any disagreement with Wright. And I would never associate with a admitted America-hating terrorist like Aires. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck...

  • And by the way, Hagee was never McCain's preacher, let alone for 20 years. All he did was give McCain an endorsement. By your logic Obama supports the Taliban and Hammas because those two groups have "endorsed" Obama. Kind of makes you wonder why those two groups - avowed enemies of America - would endorse Obama. Actually, it doesn't make me wonder, but it should make you wonder. By the way, what has Obama accomplished that would make him qualified to be president? No platitudes - just facts.

  • Okay this is my last comment because neither of us is changing our mind. I don't think McCain should be blamed for what Hagee said, but it makes the same amount of sense as them blaming Obama for Wright. Hagee wasn't his preacher, but he did BEG for an endorsement.

okay i'm done. comment back but your not changing my mind and i won't write back. bye!

  • Here is the difference: McCain got the support of some guy (Hagee) that he knew of. But he did not sit in Hagee's church on a regular basis and donate that church money. Obama HUNG OUT with Reverend Wright. They actually spent a lot of time together. They are clearly friends.

Also Hagee did not say as bad of things as Wright did. PPL are mad that Hagee said God used the Holocaust to help the Jews get their own country. Wright said several things about how awful white people are.

  • Amen to that!

  • Barack Obama's call to action is "Change we can believe in." I would love to believe it, but until now I haven't even been able to understand it. What is going to change? With his latest about face on direct talks with Iran's Ahmadinejad, Obama has finally clarified what he is going to change: his opinion. From terror to funding for tots, where there's controversy and two sides to be wooed, there is the Obama about-face.

  • How about ending the Iraq war that's destroying our economy, not giving oil companies preposterous tax breaks for "finding alternative energy" (Exxon-Mobil tax break = $40 billion profit - $700 million for their "search"... I mean honestly, what imbecile gives a tax break to a company that's heavily invested in oil to search for a different source of energy), and, I'll put my money on this, doing a better job than Bush. Although, I hate welfare and I'm on the fence about national healthcare.

  • Our current tax code does far more damage than this stupid war. btw Exxon profit margin is only 8%. whoopie-doo.

Vote FairTax. Fuck nationalized healthcare. The fed already seizes 33 cents for every dollar I earn. Then they take another 22% in embedded taxes for every purchase I make at the reatail level. FairTax biach!

  • There is no such thing as the Democratic Party. You don't call Republicans, Republics either. It's called the Democrat Party...

I really get tired of correctly government educated people.

  • democratic process as of the democratic voting process, not the democratic party.

  • "Democrat Party" was coined after Democratic Party... and Republican can act as both a noun and adjective, whereas Democrat is a noun, Democratic is an adjective. So I wouldn't say Democratic Party is a wrong use, maybe a different use.

  • There is no "Democratic Party".

There's an incredible book out there titled "Founding Brothers: The Revolutionary Generation. The author, historian Joseph Ellis, tells us just what our founding fathers thought of the idea of democracy. Here's what they thought of democrats:

"...the term "Democrat" originated as an epithet and referred to 'one who panders to the crude and mindless whims of the masses.'"

I know, it truly is amazing how that phrase pretty much describes the Democrats of the day.

  • Exactly my point, and that's why we have a democratic republic. By definition, epithet implies not only that a term is derogative, but also that it replaces (or accompanies) a term already in use. Thus, "Democrat party" is a derogative replacement, and to my knowledge, Democratic party is the "politically correct" term. If you still don't agree, check an encyclopedia and see which term they use.

  • before last tuesday, everyone said Indiana would be the tie breaker. There's no more "tie breaker" talk after Hillary won the state, why? we have to stand up for what's right, not what seems to be the cool and trendy. everyone has a say in this democratic process. the race is still too close to have a conclusion.

what's the difference between taking money from state lobbyist and taking money from federal lobbyist? that's just a gimmick, not enough to fool me.

  • ONLY a twisted, fucked-up, racist party like the Democrat party would use superdelegates to determine the nominee because they know they can't trust the dumb asses that create their base to vote "correctly". How special do you feel now?

  • Vote for whomever promises to punish my achievement and productivity the most please. After all, Government knows best just like mommy and daddy how to best spend my own earned income. Barack doesn't know the first thing about creating and managing a profit.

  • Lauren and Awais: If you TRULY want to know what the PEOPLE want then what you should do is take a glimpse at the current popular vote, or the delegate count, or perhaps look at who is winning most of the states. Your answer should lie in there. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what the PEOPLE want. How did you two idiots become superdelegates??? It appears to me you're trying to get attention, maybe an interview on ABC, 5 minutes of fame on CNN, or cover the Yahoo page perhaps??

  • I have to agree with you. I have seen no college towns vote for anyone but Obama. If these two decide to back Hillary, they will be going against their constituency.

  • If the super delegates change the natural outcome of this election, I will lose all respect for the Democratic Party. The people have spoken. I'm tired of hearing Hillary cry. It makes me want to puke.

  • Yes, I hope that manipulative liar never becomes President. Although, Bill would make a nice First Lady LOL.

  • Vote Hillary. She has the guts to do the job. Women's brains work differently than a mans so she should not be compared to past performance as she can't do a thing until getting to the WH. No matter, it will be hard for either of them.

Obama is too much rhetoric. Kind of like the Pied Piper without a real plan. Past experience????? None to speak of and that's not so good. Charm and charisma is not enough to lead a nation. He wants to do away w/all nuclear weapons=Vulnerable???

  • Ok being female has nothing to do with why Hillary would be a terrible President... she's a manipulative liar, she sucks up to everyone she talks to, one moment she's kissing Obama's ass saying it's an honor to be with him, the next she's screaming "Shame on you, Barack Obama!", she flip-flops on the majority of her policies, and she's a hypocritical cry-baby that accuses Obama of the same things her campaign does... but you're right, she has experience. Experience as a manipulative politician.

  • Obama...

all the problems we have (war, health care, jobs, environment) cannot be addressed until the corporations are under control. Obama is willing to confront them-which is why he doesn't take national lobbyist money! Obama has ME & YOU as his lobbyists...not the oil companies, drug companies, ceo's...in other words, he serves American people, not corporate citizens.

AND a note for Isabella-Hillary does NOT have the popular vote, even if you include Florida and Michigan.

  • LOL pwnt... and I think that ownage changes something she said, to: "The American people have spoken -- Obama."

  • Its simple, you are the Democratic party, just look at the candidate with the highest vote count. So simple. Unless you are in the UNDEMOCRATIC PARTY or a FREEMASON like Hillary !!

  • Hillary is the best & most qualified candidate to bring our country, the U.S. back to prosperity because she has concrete solutions to the national economy's financial dilemma, the mortgage housing crisis, ensuring low rates & continuation of federal student loans, a timetable to withdraw our hero troops from hell in the middle east.

VOTE HILLARY, she has won all major states including Florida & Michigan, which puts her ahead in the popular vote.

The American people have spoken -- Hillary.

  • Obama 2008 all the way!

  • Hello! I am a junior at Lewis & Clark College. Although many people support Obama, I believe many people support Clinton as well. Personally, I support Clinton as thus far her campaign has been rooted more in specific plans/goals for the future whereas Obama's has been more rhetorical, in my opinion. Every election is about change and hope for the future, and though it is especially true now, I think Senator Clinton has made herself more accountable to the people and their well being than Obama.

  • Hi, I'm not a student, but I am a college professor. I support Barack Obama, and I hope you will also. You have heard why Senator Obama is wonderful; here is my disappointment with the Clintons:

In eight years, they played on the Republican pitch, actually encouraging the the corporate mindset of profits above people. Consider the DLC, for example. The entire system needs to be changed, and Barack is our conduit to fix this from the grass roots up, reclaiming our democracy for the people.

  • A Professor? ha.. haha... BLAH HA HA HA HA!!!!

  • Please vote for Obama superdels, He has been more honest and truthful in his compaign. What has experienced got us in the white house. We still have poverty, no health care system, war high unemployment, recession, foreclosure, unaffordable colleges, poor public educational system, unequal taxation MaCain and Hillary have been in the white house for years and all of these things still exist. If we put either McCain or Hillary in the white house, nothing will change.

  • (I'm a freshman at the University of Arkansas, by the way)

  • OBAMA, please!!

  • Go with the person young people overwhelmingly support. Obama. What else is there to wait for?

  • I'm part of the youth vote....

    Clinton 2008!

  • OBAMA 08! Please do the right thing :)

  • Please vote for Obama, it's the only right to do. He is ahead in pledge delegates, popular votes and is only one superdelegate away from being ahead in superdelegates also. Please vote according to the people vote. Obama will be the next democratic nominee please take a stand and unite behind him. Thank you

  • Thank you for your work guys. I've just finished up my college career; my impression is that college students support Obama overwhelmingly (as do I). I'd like to encourage both of you to cast your votes to him.

    Thank you.

  • Little experience is better than bad experience, there's scientific proof.

  • Why do these superdelegates have so much power!? And how are they selected? It's damn stupid!

  • It's because the Democrat Party is racist and can't trust their minority voter base to vote "correctly".

  • voted for Clinton in one of the primaries, and almost immediately changed my mind after the brilliant speech in Philadelphia (?) on racism; in fact, if Hill gets the nom, I will write-in Obabma in the fall

  • OBAMA- we are so lucky to finally have a great person running. His brilliance, honesty and integrity is a NO BRAINER!

You guys are our future and we owe you a better place than this country has prepared for you thus far. Obama is the ONLY choice if we are to get of this path to disaster. It will be a hard road, but you and tyhis country is worth for all of us to sacrifice and bring it back. BARACK OBAMA 08!

  • Please cast your vote for Barack. He is by far the better leader. He has created a grass-roots network from nothing that is unmatched in the history of the democratic party. And he utilized his supporters strategically so that he could win not just the primary but the general as well.

  • Dear Lauren and Awais,

Your vote will belong to us if you vote Obama. He has carried the college vote overwhelmingly.

Listen to the will of college students. They are who you represent.

  • I can't wait for the day when someone says, in conversation: remember when the dems used superdelegates to decide the nominee? Wow what a stupid idea. I'm so glad they just use a pledged delegates (or popular vote) method now. What a dumb fucking system. You

  • Any expert will tell you Obama will win the black vote hands down. Blacks usually vote for the democrat anyway but I think Obama is going to bring in many many more black votes than any other democrat could. I think the black vote alone will put many southern states back into play for the dems. The DNC needs to put extra special effort behind making sure black voters aren't screwed around with like they have been in the past in these southern states on election day.

  • She hasn't been treated unfairly.

  • Please be representatives of the popular vote in our state and the majority of others as well as representatives of our age group in the nation and cast your superdelegate votes for Senator Barack Obama. Our country is ready for a step away from entrenched politicking and toward a real "unifier not divider-upper". Obama is the only candidate who will provide this in office.

  • Integrity, honesty, intelligence, and inspiration, and the *right* experience all point to Obama. Don't hesitate. Endorse Obama.

    Peace.

  • The math does not lie. We as democrats must unite with one candidate and that is Barack Obama. The longer this fight goes on the more divided we become. Barack has proved over time that he can unite this nation like John F. Kennedy did. This is our time to stand FOR something and not against something. Barack Obama is a new kind of President. Something that we haven't had for over 40 years.

  • iLEWoman- please look at the math. Lets assume that clinton gets 65% of the vote in kentucky and virginia (which is highly unlikely), but this would surely be a "blow-out". In this scenario she gets 19 delegates from west virginia and obama gets 9. Clinton gets 33 in kentucky, and obama gets 18. Clinton picks up 25 delegates making her total 1,696 to obamas 1,860. Back on the track? The kind of "blow-out" she needs would have to include obama not being included on the ballot like in michigan.

  • that shouldv been 1,748 to 1,887. Point being, 140 delegate lead still, even with a "blowout" from the two larger remaining pro-clinton contests.

  • Hillary Clinton has no chance, all her super-delegates are switching to Obama little by little. I don't think it makes a different if these two endorses anyone. No matter what they will vote for what they think. These comments makes no difference, they're just looking for some fame.
