He says that he can only describe it as something extraterrestrial... Like, out of this world. Then the crowd cheer and he mentions that. It truly is amazing, unbelievable what they are living... But unfortunately it will have once a life time (referring to the place). He continues mentioning how beautiful it is yet eerie.
