I believe this is the frankfurt car... in the current mens vogue magazine, they do a bugatti veyron special and this car is in it... with the standard veyron rims... and not the show car rims... maybe owner prefference?
I don't think he has it anymore but the normal wheels on the veyron look the best TBH.
