  • Horribly scripted "interview"

  • I had a strage deja vu between @2:09 and @2:56

I agree with some other comments... I think this might have worked better if the guy just said, "so...hey, let me tell you about this boat..." The lady just makes it feel like a weird infomercial.

Something no one mentions about these flybridge cats that are so popular is that they have to raise the boom like 15-20 ft off deck-level, which reduces the 'end-plate effect' of sail performance.... basically, their performance is significantly reduced.

  • I could do a better review off the cuff. This is stilted and lame. Get someone else to do the next review please. I would not buy from either of these people.

  • at 339 he is so distracted by her, he talks about horizontal windows

  • The guy looks like he's got a hangover. The boat would be 100% better if it can incorporate the interior layout and design cue of the latest Lagoon 560.

  • Is this what you call a review in USA? Biased and commercial oriented. This is not a review, it's a sales pitch. Cool boat anyways.

  • @leimdawg talk about bias assuming that all reviews are like this in the US. this is a combo of a cheesy comercial and horrable acting. but at least be both agree on the boat is great

  • Funny, I was searching for the Compass Rose - an 1863 Wooden Replica Schooner when I stumbled upon this boat. Totally not it - but very nice. Huge difference between "sailing" on the real Rose - where you pull some 20 different lines, etc. and this boat where your feet hit an electric button. The ship I was in search fo probably costs more too, but to each his own. Those in search of convenience love this. For me - I want to SAIL!!!!

  • maybe if you boat is for hire or "Fee" but otherwise up to 100ft i think. i could be wrong i ride Harleys lol

  • consider you require a captain over 50 ft.

  • very nice..... whoever own it is very lucky......

  • Very nice. Lists at US$700,000 base.

  • @dyaginuma What strikes me is that a lot of people on the west coast spend that much on a home when they could invest in something like this and live aboard.

  • yaplukas are more amazing than lagoons ;)

  • Yaplukas are also much bigger. Lagoons top out at 50 ft with the Lagoon 500, but the Yaplukas start at 65 ft and top out at 165 ft. Of course they're more amazing but that's only because they're larger and more expensive.

  • I will sail one next week of Martinique.

AC, hope there will be none. Otherwise I see a lot of sick people.

  • haha you guys said the same things over and over again and u totally didnt seem excited when u said things.

  • iculet...! Sfigada de merda...! Te e al tò catamaran de figa!

  • This looks very comfortable !

I believe it has A.C... which is a blessing to have at times if you are in the tropics.....

I have charted a number of different makes, sizes and models in Tortola and Belize...

The Lagoon is my favorite choice. The Lagoon 38 is also a very comfortable boat, especailly if you are in and out of the water alot... scuba, snorkling, etc.

  • Wotta beauty! Certainly very roomy. Look pricey.

  • The Fort Lauderdale Catamaran Miami Beach style of demonstration
