@kllsoa I don't know the specific titles but they are all from trailers from the 30s. The orchestral Chopin piece is from the film itself, conducted by Howard Shore.
I saw it last night at the Egyptian in Hollywood. It really is outstanding. If its screening anywhere near you drop everything and see it. You won't be disappointed.
Good job, Mike! (Remember me? The guy who has NLF in Spanish). As a filmmaker myself, I'd give my right arm to know how did Mr. Schiller get the vintage look absolutely spot-on (combination of careful lighting and the right film stock, I can only guess)
An excellent oddity by Tom Schiller, who did all those great "Schiller's Reels" for SNL. Mixing and matching stock footage and real footage, I remember this movie cause I worked on it!
Wish it could be found at our local video outlets...

Keep an eye out for TV listings. Write a letter to AMC and see if they'll show it. If it's shown on TV you can record it and file share it.

There's a screening of this very rare film at the Cinema Arts Centre on Long Island on August 22, 2007, if anyone's in the neighborhood.
