  • Man.... it sucked!!!

    I went out to the garage to do Yoga, and the disc wouldnt play, cuz it was one that the dog had gotten too... (fuckin dogs from louisiana!!! lol...) also i went out there with no shoes or socks to get all into the YOGA spirit...

    So, i told myself i would just move to the next workout... Legs & Back...

    Fuck me... lol... i couldnt keep myself stationery for shit! my feet were slippin everywhere!

    So half way thru, i stopped...

    Went inside, took a shower, went to work!

  • week 2 is in the bag now. Besides Plyo this week wasn't too bad.

  • HELLPP! Today is my 2nd day of Plyo and it's kicking my ass. I'm about 1/2 way though and have to keep taking breaks. I thought that it would have gotten easier since yesterday (2nd day of chest,back&abs) got easier, but I was wrong!!!! Well I gotta go before I get cold and press the damn play button. :)

  • okay I just did chest and back for the 2nd time and I made it through the entire workout without stopping. It's much easier. I just had to make sure to pace myself on the 1st 1/2. I'm taking a short break now about about to push play and do ab ripper X.

  • Oh and also, do not stop. continue with the program. I can tell already that you will look extremely crazy afer 90 days. for some reason your body builds muscle fast and loses fats fast. i already saw decent results on your first week. So I'm gonna check back in 90 days to see if I am right. Keep posting reults! and if you want to build more muscles... buy edemame(soy beans). they are delicious and reach in protein. you can find it in your grocery store in the frozen vegies or the vegies section

  • I feel you man. I just started monday august 24 and i really did feel like crap after the first 3 days. plyometrics is definitely the X in P90X but it was worth it. I'm feeling more energized and I don't feel like a couch potato anymore. tonight i'm doing kenpo for the first time. You're right though... Yoga X definitely helps you. I was sore and felt the same way you did until I did yoga x and it stretched my whole body out And now I feel great! Legs and Back is pretty kick back but still great
