Hell, I can only blast beat at 220 for a short amount of time. But I know exactly what you're saying. Thought I could get away with it :P
About the speed, if you wan't to get a higher speed, just train RLRLRLRL or the rytme itself and then push it. At the time I can only go 16notes at speed 240.
