  • You have very very pretty eyes :D

  • @cherricosplay awww haha thanks ^w^ i have a new bjd video coming up that you may be interested in ^w^ its coming sooooonxx

  • what size are the eyes?

  • @TheSkyhazFallen mmmm i think those ones are 16mm but this was years ago.. in 09 so i can't be certain...sorry i can't be more helpful, my msd sized dolls wear 14mm i think :)

  • Thank God for this video, I've always wondered how BJD eyes stay in place.

  • @cinders1998 haha now you know ^w^ and the more you do it the easier it is too xx

  • I have an important question, my doll's eyes came attached to a little eye holder. Is it necessary to keep the eyes on the holder or can I take it out and attach them with eye putty? If someone knows the answer to this that'd be great, it's been driving me crazy.

  • @Cloudminty hey you don't happen to have a Unoa? as i know they have eye mechanisms... im not too familiar with them but some i know you can safely take out and put back in so i don't see why not its all just personal Preference. so id say either way should be fine as long as nothing is glued in ^w^ hope this helps :)

  • yeah but some people say it works. and dollmores shipping is outradges

  • @miyavisoneandonly yep i agree it is pricey but i usually order in bulk sooo like if im buying a doll ill order clothes and other things i want at the same time its a pain but allot of their items are well priced ^_^

  • is it true you can use a needable eraser as eye putty?

  • @miyavisoneandonly i personally wouldn't use one just because we don't know what chemicals they put in them and they may react with the dolls resin...sooo to be safe i always use specific doll brand eyeputty..my fav is dollmore ^_^

  • Er. I'm kinda new to the whole 'BJD/dollfie' thing so... well, mine just got here (the head eyes and the body, i assembled) and so I have mine now. but... her clothes (she has cute socks a shoes but...) is a dress of a modified sock. it's kinda cute (trust me) and I looked on dollmore.com after you said you got that cute jacket from there but... I don't know how to look ... it's a 27 cm/1/6 but I don't know what size that is on dollmore sorry this is soo long. Please answer quick! (thanks!!) <3

  • @KiriKudishi what make is she? as this might help me with her size..... dollmore only sell clothing for msd which are around 30cm and SD at 60cm aprox and also their specific size dolls which are clothes made exactly for their dolls...... so the only suggestion i have is to measure your dolls body like bust and hips and then go on dollmore and see which clothing will fit her best...as there should be measurements online of the clothing.... or look on doa for your doll and ask their owners?

  • @KiriKudishi P.s. im thinking that cotton stretchy jackets in the msd section will most probably fit same with the t-shirts but they will just b a little big on her as shes 27 and not 30-32 :D hope this helps a little :)

  • Where did you buy Edward'ss wig? And when attaching wigs, do you need to use velcro? Or can you just wrap the wig net under the magnets?

And what do you mean 'silicone' is "squishy"???? o.o

  • @cutesaltywaffles hey ^_^ i got edwards wig from Dollmore :) i use velcro just because it stops them from falling off :) erm its not really possible to wrap the net under the magnets otherwise the headcap will fall off and most wigs dont have enough excess to do that with :)

the silicone wig caps that you can get are kinda squishy feeling lol

  • PURPLE EYES, where do you get them??? (im from germany and we only have one online-shop... <:(

  • @Pulliplove1 hey i get most if not all my eyes from Dollmore.net ^_^

  • Comment removed

  • @prowlcat ah, cool! but i cant shopping there, because ordering from other lands to germany is very expensive... but i love your doll! he is so awesome! <3 uh, im soooo happy, because im getting drocell cainz from kuroshitsuji as bjd to my b-day (3 february) EEEP! =D

  • @Pulliplove1 maybe try looking on den of angels for some purple eyes for sale on the marketplace? people will ship to you cheaper than companys will,,,,hope this helps :)

congrats on getting your bjd soon yay :D

  • @prowlcat awww, thx! im sooo happyyy and excited! ^^

  • thanks for this, about to get my first bjd =) really useful <3

  • I find it funny how americans cant pronounce english names, and english cant pronounce the more americann`y names owo

  • @Kurolli it is always rather funny ^_^

  • is the putty soft always ??

  • @maggiestardust its a similar Consistency to bluetack or white tack so its kinda rubbery and stretchy but the dollmore putty is really soft and kinda waxy but both work well

  • BRAINS!!!!

does this work with dolls from dream of dolls . com?

  • @ZarsasCostumes haha lol yep it works for most BJD Dolls without eye mechanisms ^_^

  • so... whats the difference between Eye putty and a bit of bluetack? xDD

  • Bluetack can eat the resin inside the dolls head :s

  • @prowlcat Ohnoes D: il avoid that xDD;

  • what kind of dolls are these???

  • @lastpoltergeist010 they are ball jointed doll ^_^

  • EMILY IS SO ADORABLE!!!!!! <33333

  • @khaza1wolfgurl thanks :D

  • do you know any places that show you how to make eyes for your dolls at home? :) your dolls are beautiful (except for Edward who is indeed handsome because he's a boy)

  • ermmm......i think i saw some make your own bjd eye kits on ebay....and also one of my friends paints marbles, tiny stones and fimo and places them in her dolls as eyes ^_^

  • Well what was thinking was starting off with a sculpy base, making one part of it a little indented/flat, then painting up from there and when I have the color that I want I would coat it in gloss. >.>; not sure how it would work tho

  • that sounds like a good idea...think thats how id do it too...as the gloss would make it shiny like an eye:)

  • I have to wait for my boy and my wife's girl to arrive to actually test it out because I want to make sure I make them the appropriate sizes. :) they are our first BJD; 27cm Obitsu.

  • cool :)

    goodluck :D

  • are the doll like fragile

  • hey

they arnt too fragile they are stronger than they look but i handle them with care as breakages are common and i really dont want that to happen ^_^

  • lol its hard , next dollfie head i buy, im going to buy stick on decals

  • no creo que la gente sea tan sumamente tonta como para no saber como se quita un trozo de plastilina y se vuelve a poner en una BJD xD por dios es lo mas facil del mundo!!

  • dolleyes are good for big fly patterns hehe thats why i ended up here....fortunatly

  • Oh Supia Dolls are Beautiful there is something other worldly about them...are you getting the Urethane or the French resin....as french resin does yellow rather quickly but it that doesnt bother you its good........ im not bothered by Yellowing as long as its even...... i dont own any French resin but thats what i know about it ^_^

ill do a video about face-ups as iv been getting asked alot ^_^

  • well, I'm saving up for Lina with white skin, I dont think the white skin would turn yellow...right? O.o;

wow, I have a lot to learn about these dolls! lol

I cant wait till you make another face-up video! :D

  • Where did you bought Emily's dress ?

  • a lady on DOA Called Spampy ^_^

  • I don't have access to buying in DOA again but thank you :s

  • Spampy has a website to so you can sctually email her and order without setting foot in DOA ^_^ type in spampy on google and her site will come up :D

  • Thanks ;)

  • Thanks so much for this vid; it really helps a lot! I have a DoC Petsha from DoD and I've never really had the desire to change her eyes or move them, but I'm going to buy a Dolkot HandFairy Peya soon and because she comes without eyes in her head, I knew I needed to be prepared! This clip was very helpful because I'm as of yet still to afraid to try it out on my girl. Your dolls are beautiful and thanks again!

    -Sephora

  • Hey!

Thanks so much for the video! My friend just recently got me into BJDs and I'm planning on buying my first one very soon. I'm still trying to decide what eye color to get her. I found a couple of very pretty ones on Safrin Doll.

    Thanks again for the tips!

    -pixi

  • glad it helped :D

  • Thanks! Have you ever bought from Mythdoll? I have 12" Abio Angels from them, and I just ordered some news eyes, so this tutorial helped!

  • oh i'v never ordered from them before, what colour and kind of eyes did you get?

  • q: does the clay thing dries up?

  • it does a little but not a lot iv had mine in there from dollmore and D.I.M and its only a little on the dryside but as soon as you take it out it goes tacky again so not a problem, dollmore sell more eyeputty for $1

  • THANK YOU!

  • hi there im getting a doll form dollmore she is liebe klum and i live in the uk too and wanted to know how long it took for edward to get to you

  • Oh awesome she looks kinda like the KaraKlum (Edward ) but girl Version ^_^ he took around 3 weeks...but iv heard that Dollmore is very busy at the moment as its took around 4-5 weeks for my Narsha to arive...i should get her today :D

  • thanks for the help i will have enough money for her by the 10th of june so i am so exicted thanks again

  • ... another question with this eye changing thingy! ^^ How do you fix eye lashes into the head/on the eyes (do you stick them to the eyes?)? I always wondered! I dont´l want to take the doll heads apart to look!

I am afraid I´m ruining the dolls! ^^ ... Thank you for your help !!!

  • you stick the eyelashes in with white tacky glue/PVA glue and you take the eyes out soooo you just have an empty socket, you stick the ashes to the top lid of the socket as far back as you can, soooo stick it to the eyelid inside of the dolls head :D

  • Thank you soooo much for your answer! ^^

  • No problem, Happy to help ^_^

  • Hey, I have a question. ^^ I have a kid DM Paran and right now I'm nervous about changing her eyes. The S-hook and string is so close to her eye socket and I'm afraid the string is going to come loose and I'll lose it in her. I've moved her eyes in different directions using a bobby pin and the that little part that sticks up from behind the eye. Do you change your Pado's eyes the same way you change your Kara Klum's or do you do something different/extra because of her size? Thanks! :3

  • Hi

    good question ^_^

    Paran's are sooooo cute.

my Friend has recently got a DM Kid Flocke and her headspace is really compact too. what i do with Alice and also did with her Flock is i Turn the S hook that normally runs paralell inside the head to Vertical then change the eyes and turn the hook back to being paralell, also i tuck all the elactics under the top bit of the s-hook and it keeps them out of the way.

if you still cant do it let me know and ill do a Demo Video ^_^

  • Hey again! :3

I just wanted to say thank you for your help with this. I got my Paran's new glass eyes today (From mimiwoo...they look great!) and your tips were really helpful! I was frustrated at first but when I got to the second eye it wasn't so bad. I just wish dollmore didn't use as much string at the top lol. Thanks again! I hope to see video of your new Narsha girl soon too! :3

  • hey

i will do more videos sooon.....requested make-up and my Narsha ^_^

oooooo yay for glass eyes, im thankful for the plentyful elastic at the top as it helps with getting the head off for face-ups but yep it does get in the way sometimes ^_^

  • yay!

this is so helpful, seeing as i will be a new doll owner soon.

im a bit unsure on how to do some things like this! XD

    thank you! :3

and again, edward is really lovely !

  • awesome im glad it helped a little :D its easyer to get them in once you move the s hook and elastic to one side :D

and thankyou im glad you like him too ^_^
