Tarantino's said that the two 'every one of you motherfucking...' lines are the same line, but from different people's point of view. The opening scene's from Honey Bunny and Pumpkin's viewpoint, so it's remembered more clearly. The end scene's from the people in the cafe's viewpoint, and they would have been scared and confused.

Or maybe he's trying to cover up his mistakes. Probably that :L

This is just as Vincent gets up to go to the toilet, and at 3:22 you see Vincent walking in the background. What a way of cutting those clips so precisely together. Amazing!

but the second time around at the end of the movie, she says,
