  • Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • The video gives us information and exercise in gaining muscle. It should be complemented with an efficient diet to loose fats. I do have a link of a site that offers great stuff of workoutplans,exercises and diet that help you achieve the looks you ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my proffile.

  • @MiiDLP2 I'll be offering 1-1 online coaching in May 2011 and it'll be around $300 a month with a 4-6 month commitment. Maximize Your Muscle is my next closest program to 1-1 and it's $69.95 a month but that program is closed until January 2012.

  • @nitro2u2 My goal is to be as ripped as my good friend Six Pack Shakur... he has an incredible physique... I have a few stronger body parts then he does but he wins the cake with his incredible abs. I'm working on my abs every day... wait till you see progress pics... soon!

  • These are great workouts Vince. In 21 day Fast Mass during the cut phase you've suggested either doing bodyweight-metabolic with moderate cardio or standard muscle building workouts with moderate cardio. But I like what you said in the video about mixing metabolic with bodybuilding workouts.

    And to the young lady who was concerned about getting "puffy" it ain't gonna happen with these workouts alone, since you're only using bodyweight. You might even want to try some of the other programs Vin

  • @UncommonTalent to anawer your question, i am a 21 year old girl too and this will NOT bulk you up. theres no way. its actually a great way to combine your strength training using body weight with cardio. even if you have a light protein drink after this you wont bulk up. the only way you'll bulk up is if you lift super heavy.

    so no, all of these 3 part workouts will not bulk you up, they;ll help you. i did his first one yesturday, its a good time saver. but i added 20 min light elliptical.

  • Awesome videos...BUT I would love to see you doing pull ups, push ups, dips and stuff like that to see if it's true bodybuilders aren't strong enough to do 10 clean pulls ups.

  • @dylemma 10 clean pull ups? My record is 28.... John Romaniello has it on video in fact. Here's a video of doing some of the moves you like... Search "Home Gym Workouts" and you'll find some videos of me doing this stuff

  • that was really great...its just that i am a girl im 21 and i am about weight about 110 now and just wanted to know if these workouts would give me lean muscle or bulky muscle? i mean is this specified for the men? cuz i am 110 now but i still have a couple of inches of belly fat left and need to get rid of t hem but am currently at a plateu with my current workout program... so if i add these workouts in your 3 videos would this help me get lean muslce and burn the last few inches of belly fat?
