Due to the licenses GT5 has with manufacturers they can't show too much damage. Ferrari doesn't want images of their cars being totaled out everywhere. Some cars will just have scraped paint damage just like Forza because of these licenses.

Nope, all 200 premium cars will be fully damagable from the outside.  However the other 800 standerd models won't have any damage.
