haha, i got the joke when i remembered what the video looked like. to be honest, the only thing that i noticed during my short time messing with these sticks is that they're really thick and pretty heavy. they're also a lot longer than normal drumsticks. the reason i haven't played them since is that one of the batteries ran out a few days after i got them, and then the other stick's end came undone and i screwed it up trying to put it back together lol. they're fun though.
ok... it looks pretty cool to play it during a show or something to impress the audience... but I have a whole set of Zildjian A Customs, I don't think it's worth to hit my babies with those things, do I?
they look cool, and yes, i think they would look really cool at a show, but they are pretty heavy and if you're worried about playing nice cymbals with them, i probably wouldn't use them. my cymbals are under warranty, and are also an inexpensive line. i kind of just got these as a novelty, i don't use them much.
you know, i've never really thought about that. mainly because they're so clunky that i can't see really using them much except for a little novelty trick in a solo or something.
don't really know how much metal is in them, haven't really looked at them since when i received them one of the lights was already going out (battery), but my cymbals suck haha, they are a Sabian B8 pack that I got just because they're fine for what I'm doing. $230 for a whole pack though, not bad.
Dude, you are ugly! I am just kidding. Nice solo. Do you notice any more (or less) vibration than regular sticks?

Wouldn't these rape your cymbals?

Yeah, that's what i thought, I mean, metal and plastic can't be good on those $1000 cymbals you just bought, you know?
