@Aetrion Most of the moves in pole dancing do. With pole dancing you use every muscle in your body. Its a lot of core strength to, its amazing. There is no other work out like it. Just from doing it for over a year now, I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

Alright...for the longest time I thought Felix was the best pole dancer in the world. But I have to say, recently Jenyne has won that title for me. She is amazing, fluid and constantly reinvents herself. Any time I see a new video, I know she will be doing at least 1 thing I have never seen before. No.1 for sure.
