Basically all that video proves is that if there is a God he does not heal amputees... that's it. So you shouldn't use it as evidence for anything, it's completely ridiculous.
I've seen it and there are 100's of people 100000 more times qualified to talk on the subject than a wannabe apologetic like Rollins.... if you think he's "in the big league" than your mistaken. Henri Rollins isn't a scientist nor does he even have the degrees nor education to even speak on the subject why would you even bring that up?
