  • can anyone put get your feet out of my shoes on here, just need the soundtrack really as I loved it

  • Hi; I recently bought the Foot Tappers on CD after all these years and it's fantastic. down memory lane, like a lot of folk, saw them in 84-85 at Newcastle Uni. Happy days! along with the Bavarian Stompers!!!

  • get your feet out of my shoes is a good one

  • I'd love to hear that again...what a stompin' little tune that was.

  • sure was, their best i reckon, not least for 'I like coffee, I like tea, I like coffee I like tea, but I dont like Tories, no siree' on the B-Side.

  • my god this takes me back! upload true blue

  • i saw the boothill foot-tappers at a pub in aberdeen called the broadhill bar.

god knows why they played there, but it was just brilliant, one of the best gigs i have ever been too...what a hoot.

is this slim the same slim from the band ?

if it is well done slim, what happened to the other band members

  • i am the son of merril the singer!

  • hey slim its stan. merrils son. do you remember me.

  • Stan - Yes, I remember you - I met you at the Rhythm Festival that your Dad played at.

    Cheers

    Slim

  • hey, wazzap, please upload "Jealousy" video

  • fantastic shared afew pints with slim at the dublin castle diamond geezer

  • I woulld never have had a tatoo, but hey! I knew wendy may as as pete bilingsley's (arturo basik? lurkers and blubbery hellbellies) sister. pete (top man) always used to explain wendy's aparent rudeness was due to the fact that she was very short sighted! WOW I LOVE YOU TUBE!!!!!!

  • now then i loved this band i ve got a tattoo of them on my arm and my wife is full of JEALOUSLY

  • Im young and even i love this song, the guitarist showed me it and its really catchy.

  • Think this was '85 - I was a student in Bradford when they played - brilliant night - all the locals joined us "fruits" in the pit - top fun !

    anyone got any more ?

  • where did you get this and have you got any more? I loved this group when I was 15 ive got their album aint that far from boothill but i cant listen to it (no record player)

  • Brings back great memories of my early teen years. The Boot Hill Foot Tappers were fantastic. I've got a record player if your looking to find a new home for your album??

  • Great video, great band GREAT DRUMMER!!!

  • I don't think I can recommend the album this is taken from highly enough "Ain't That Far From Boothill" is fantastic. If you like this video& style of music you will love the LP. The band were well before my time - I couldn't believe it when they reformed for one night only in 1992 and played the Mean Fiddler in Harlesden (for the 10th Birthday of the venue). Back then bands reforming was a bit less common than today. Nice one!

  • This might be the happiest band I've ever seen. I love every one of them! I like it when you mention the date of the recording ...so I can relate it to what I was doing at the time.

  • willsmile - this was made in 1985 I think
