Michael was in his TWENTIES when he co-wrote this master piece! Gawd ... I didn't recognize genius then. All I thought back then was he was so small and looked 14 instead of twenty six! I still can't get over how I have never been able to accept that he was older than me. I would put my hand over my mouth in (like he does) when I saw the video BAD and kept thinking "Ohhhh, Michael has grown up!" ironic considering he is (yes is!) OLDER THAN ME!!!
I know, that would have been so amazing. When they handed him the mic, it appeared as if he was going to sing. The fans got excited, but he decided not too. He seemed shy that night. He was so cute. ;-)

i love watching him watch them sing. there are a few places where he just feels the music and starts to move to it. He has the music in his body. LOL He can't help it! even though it wasn't the best rendition I have heard, he loved it and clapped at certain points and then moved in certain places. SO adorable!

HI mothere Katherine said he had the cleft done to his chin and then his nose. That's it. Everyone's face changes as they get older. He was 50 he is definately going to have a different look as he got older. No ones face is exactly the same from 25 to 50. He was definately the best around EVER! and I will deeply miss him forever. Been a fan for 30 yrs. It just makes me so sad he had to endure so much with such a kind heart. And as someone stated before he covered his face because of the lupus.

I agree with you. I don't think he altered his face as many reports said.Of course for the nose and the chin but that's it. The changes of his appearance was due to make-up and lightings.I can make my face look smaller and my nose smaller by using bronzer. When people saw him wearing mask, they thought he had surgery. I love how MJ just chills while everyone's singing... (those that aren't great) and you just see him come alive when someone can ACTUALLY SING (i.e. around 230 ish). For those with the papers... couldn't they memorize it?? They are singing for MICHAEL JACKSON.

I love how they sang to MJ for his birthday, and I'm sure he loved it.
But for me watching this, I am so embarrassed. I know that young lady wasn't reading the words of the song off the paper, in front of Michael Jackson! And Lord it's the thought that counts, but couldn't they rehearsed the song just a little more?

So what he had surgery, If I had his money I change a few bits too, anyone who says they wouldnt are liars as nobody is completely happy with themselves. He is the greatest performer and the kindest, beautiful pure hearted person that ever graced this planet. He helped those who needed it most, he even found a transplant liver for a baby called Farcus from a hospital in Budapest and saved his life, this wasnt reported as the media only print scandal and lies. HI mothere Katherine said he had the cleft done to his chin and then his nose. That's it. Everyone's face changes as they get older. He was 50 he is definately going to have a different look as he got older. No ones face is exactly the same from 25 to 50. He was definately the best around EVER! and I will deeply miss him forever. Been a fan for 30 yrs. It just makes me so sad he had to endure so much with such a kind heart. And as someone stated before he covered his face because of the lupus.

I agree with you. I don't think he altered his face as many reports said.Of course for the nose and the chin but that's it. The changes of his appearance was due to make-up and lightings.I can make my face look smaller and my nose smaller by using bronzer. When people saw him wearing mask, they thought he had surgery. Wrong! MJ had lupus and that is an auto-immune disease .People w/ auto-immune disease need to wear mask because they can catch cold and other disease quicker .

sorry, I have to revise my comment. MJ said he did the nose job and that's all. When ppl grow up, the shape of faces change too. If u always bite hard, ur cheeks become wide and square. When we get old gradually, the muscles just don't remain in the position where they used to be. And Michael gained/lost weights, that just made him different. When he gained weight, the haters would say he put stuff into his cheeks. And when he lost weight, they would said he do somethig to his cheekbones. Crazy
