  • This reminds me of the great 'Mark Standley' (V2/The Glitter Band/Pleasuredome/ to name a few bands Mark supplied lovely guitars to !!) Mike Joyce's snare drum used on the official recording of this song, charity gig in Lincolnshire & many many great laughs !! I was the guitarist with him in the Glitter Band (w/ John Rossall) I was also the frontman in the great band Pleasuredome whilst still performing as 'JIM' in the UK Doors..Remember all those fab times Mark ??!! How's Berlin ?? g8 times! RX

  • @poolboyinla The glamour of violence and Morrissey's fascination with it.

  • @poolboyinla its about the Kray Twins!

  • @jillsimon No it's not! it deals with the popular glorification of violence and crime...

  • @jillsimon Yes this song is about the Kray twins,Ronnie and Reggie. They were English gangsters in the 60's.When Reggie died in 95 Morrissey was reported to have sent a wreath to his funeral.
