Yes , at some point it will all be ballasted and weathered.

It looks wonderful. Will you have an icing platform for those reefers, or are they passing through? What do you use for end of track bumpers?

Thanks B , Yes I have a small icing platform but have not decided where to put it yet. The bumpers are Kato unitrack 20-048.

Good job Mike! The ACTRR is really starting to come together. I don't remeber seeing the GP7, GP30's, the steamers or the CB&Q E units. The only locomotives I remember from your old layout are the FT's and the F45's
