  • I went through my medicine cabinet a while ago to use up what I have, 5 out of the seven supplements/vitamins were expired. I am going to try to use up what I have and see if I get any benefits.

  • @DariceHumphries - Sounds good. Let me know if you notice a difference in your energy level or other benefits of using them.

  • I wasn't consitent either untill I started taking the gummy ones LOL, I take them daily.

  • @MrsCurlyfrokristle - Good idea! I may purchase gummy vitamins after I finish my orange flavored centrum. Which brand do you take?

  • @MrsCurlyfrokristle Gummy vitamins are what kept me taking vitamins too! They taste good....like candy, and made me actually look forward to taking it everyday. In fact, I had to consciously be careful to pop too many of them...they were so good! LOL

  • I have been on vitamins for about 6 months everyday. Vitamin A, B complex, C, D, E, Zink/calcum/mag blend, Biotin(5,000) & Fishoil.... Everyday. It makes a diff in my overall health, my skin, my hair, my nails and my energy. Yes the hair gols are great. Moisture is a big thing with our hair esp the ends. Good luck on everything!

  • @SJANELJ - Thanks so much!

  • I plan to do that also...except I will trim...I plan to trim myself! Let's start a challenge!!

  • @DaNappyPrincess - Sounds good! Let's do it! Make a video response and get your subcribers on board. Do you want to try a 3 or 6 month challenge?

  • hey sis, I rarely use a comb...I detangle with my fingers too. I've found that doing a pre-poo helps alot. I think I may invest in a seamless or a bone comb for my fine hair. I understand these types of combs work well. Peace and blessings to ya!

  • @BackTwoNatural - Why didn't you tell me about not using a comb? lol! I must have missed that lesson. So glad you shared it with me. I'll try pre-pooing. What products do you currently use to pre-poo? Good info about the seamless and bone comb too. Thanks much, sis.

  • @NaturalDiva10 my mixture consist of about 3 oz of sauve coconut conditioner, 2 tablespoon honey and EVOO. I apply this to dry hair..twisting as I go. I cover with a plastic cap for 30 minutes then hop in shower and shampoo. BTW I shampoo my hair by section since my hair has grown. Hope this helps. Keep me updated

  • @BackTwoNatural - Thanks for the ingredients! I'll try it and let you know how it works.

  • I wish you the best of luck this year! Your goals are great.

  • @Chirimoya08 - Thanks much and Happy New Year! I appreciate your stopping by.

  • I only take certain vitamins all year. Some I only do for three month time periods because I start to feel like a pill pusher, LOL!

  • @nalia1908 - lol! Glad to know it not just me. I don't know why I have such a hard time taking vitamins. Hope you are having a good week! We have another homie. See comments below. You and I may have to sponsor a meet up.

  • I can't be consistent with my vitamins either but I plan to get better also, it seems like you have alot of vitamins that are pretty much the same like the Centrum and the vitapak and the Hair and nails ...I stop using a comb 3 months ago it's a challenge though because my ends still feel like they are tangled but since I have kept my hair in protective styles I have noticed growth.

  • @chocoblissful - Yes, I do have duplicative vitamins. It's kinda like product junkism but purchasing vitamins instead. lol! Thanks for the information about not using a comb. Are you retaining length or are your ends breaking off? Do you moisturize and seal daily? Even when my hair is in protective styles, I'm going to moisturize and seal daily. Thanks for commenting and let me know how you are progressing.

  • @NaturalDiva10 yesI am retaining length! I have the usual breakage but not alot. I moisturize every night but I don't always seal Lately I've kept the hair in twists or braids under a wig for a week then do my hair care routine on weekends. The finger detangling is still work in progess!

  • Okay because I've never been and i wanna go.. so I'll stay in touch

  • Moist* *target

  • Yes I'm in the ville.. they had a sale on the aussie most at therget on charlotte..

  • @Keyari06 - Very good! I subscribed so that we can remain in touch. If you learn about a meet up, let me know and I'll do the same.

  • Good for you Diva. I eliminated the comb as well and it is a great help. I remove all shed hair with my fingers. Just like you, if I keep my ends moisturized, my hair will stay healthy. We all learn from our mistakes and I believe this year is going to be a great year for fine hair divas. God bless :)

  • @11zeaky - Happy New Year! Hope you and your family enjoyed the holidays! I wish you had told me you stopped using a comb. Thanks for confirmation. Glad you're already using this technique. When you have an opportunity, upload a video about how it's working for you. I'd love to see it. Thanks in advance.

  • @NaturalDiva10 I will do that.

  • Hey there, Happy New Year. I am also putting the scissors and comb down. I am also going to try and pin my hair up to protect my ends. I agree with you about stress and hair also. I also loss hair when I am under stress. Good luck, I will be with you :-).

  • @TheNaturalmystery - Yeah! Let's see if it's possible. I think we can do it!

  • Everyone needs regular trims.. good luck

  • @Keyari06 - yeah, that's what I've always been told. I'm going to try a different approach and see what happens. It may not work, but you never know until you try. If it doesn't work, I'll come back with a video. Thanks for commenting and I'll keep you posted.
