@70Kenny AMEM TO THAT! (first sentence) The problem today is people NEED to (re?) learn what the terms "good judgment" & "common sense" mean. Gee, I just can't imagine how kids realized 30 or 40 years ago that some things were just on t.v. & were meant soley for entertainment.....? Oh, wait! Wasn't it called "mommy & daddy"? Aren't parents the ones responsible for teaching their kids real vs. t.v., values, morals, etc.? Sick how people think everyone else is responsible for their kids today!
I'm sure the politically correct, anti free-speech crowd would block freeways in every city in America if they aired this on a kids' show today. They would claim it taught kids that hatred is good. Most of the time, it is not, but I hate Jihadists who want to nuke New York, and I want kids to hate them, too, so the next generation will still have New York to live in!
Yes, yes! Someone must upload that again now that I know how to download and keep it on my server! It was uploaded a long time ago, it's a song by Tom Lehrer called, "N'T".
GHowe65 has posted the "Stamp Out Hate" song from "The Mad Show". The segment has a slight lyric change, demanded by the network censors: "Nail him to a cross" was changed to "Nail him to a tree". However, the censors had no problems with the lyrics about dismemberment, lynchings and Nazi doctors.
Oh, for crying in Manhattan! I don't think this is so inappropriate. Te EC honchos weren't teaching "hate" as in intolerance. This is simply a cute little routine about a little kid complaining about things little kids complain about. It's perfectly innocent. Thanks for the memories, raposofan!

No, but I do have a marked interest towards apathy.

Wait... now I'm apathetic towards apathy... or, as my sister would say, "Meh." :)
I love "meh".
