you probably switched diffaculty in the middle some where just go through the level select and see if there are any levels that you have not completed on legendary

also you have to either beat bungie for it which if u do u get a choice of recon or duel swords. yes the code is saved on the disc but only bungie can activate it. i for one would want the duel swords first cause i would own in swords in matchmaking=] but still wat u said is all wrong its not imposs to get recon. my friend has it and he not a bungie employie. he beat bungie at a 1 vs 2 handicaped match. so u beat 2 bungie employies by yourself u have it. to everyone! you cannot unlock recon armour in halo 3 at all it is impossible the armour perms are saved onto your disc so if you want recon you would have to get a modified disc with recon saved on to it or try to mod the disc your self other than that there is no skull or easter egg hiding in a map somewhere ... you will have to send a message to bungie asking them to send you the disc and then get black-listed from the banhammer... ok??? does everyone understand??? good im tired of explaining it!!

they are on all disks, its just that bungie has to send you something so you can unlock it.

all of the normal perms are on your disk already EXCEPT for recon armor. the game just doesnt let you play with all of them until they are unlocked. now if bungie gives you recon armor, they send you an update and then that allows you to have it. im pretty sure they just send your gt a code and the game takes that code and unlocks recon armor like any other normal armor piece

ok hold on there. for all the new achivement like the vidmaster one ther are so many rumors for that. like if u get all the vidmasters u get recon but its a rumor. also if u get allo 79 the rumor is u get full recon since bungie is making new armor for the employies and ther is one saying you get a machety, also ther is one saying u get new armor for elites and spartans so. also the modified disc isnt true u can get it from bungie not a modded disc

if u have done it by yourself then i dont know, if you did it with a friend and u accumulatively got 15,000 points then it doesn't count your individual score has to be 15,000, turn the scoring system to Free and try it then
