They often used his name as a hateful placeholder for any random Japanese soldier or position. Sort of like "charlie", but charlie was short for Victor-Charlie or Vietcong. Difference is, Tojo is a real name of a specific person. But yes, they both were applied the same way.

ACR is Definitely the best weapon in the video game. Every time I play a Headquarters on it, i always get the EMP, and murder everyone. I'm actually playing on a working steam version i got from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ) . It's very seriously a sweet game, and if you havent played it yet, you MUST go dl it RIGHT NOW!
