yes chiropractic can and will help, I had no spaces in my lower back and after 6 months I was 2 inches taller, and the pain was gone. but alass the weight was my downfall, too.

About smoking, try really really hard not to smoke. I quite 2 years before surgery and for some reason now I want to smoke. I think it is because i can not eat much any more and I am searching for an alternative. I am not smoking just wanted to mention that it is really hard to quit afterwards i think. Do you have family taking you to the hospital?
