La migliore serie televisiva di fantascienza mai realizzata. Altro che Star Trek e boiate varie. E questa serie in particolare è stata il massimo di tutto Spazio 1999. Un capolavoro.

The Star Trek series ran from 1966-1969
You you referring to the first Star Trek Movie of 1979
Space 1999 ran from 1975-1977 this may be why the effects look more advanced.

I think if there is one thing to consider with these edits is shadow details; FX look excellent, but the alien ships should cast shadows over moonbase alpha.

Where did you get copies of these prints? They look like they are in much better condition than the episodes that are on DVD.

This episode was one that gave hope not only to the alphans, but to us who watched it that they would be able to continue and survive in space. Wish they would have made more closure with this one than that of the fictional stories online.
