orchestra musicians... just a little bit of talent in each of them, but together, those ants can play something cool... really, orchestral musicians usually just play some shot passages of music, single notes, or chords, they are not "real" musicians like classical guitar or piano players. really, oboe, flute, piccolo?? those are really easy, and they only play single notes, and the others don't do much either, you don't need to b a great musician to play in an orchestra
